Not an artist? Not a problem!

So you're not an artist? Great - you're in good company!

We hear it all the time. "I can’t be a Gallery Guide because I'm not an artist." Well I'll let you in on a little secret - you absolutely can do this business and the best part is you do NOT have to be an artist. Thankfully we have some awesome artists on our team who provide artwork for our Gallery, but most of us are not artists. We're just here for the party!

My background is in construction and before I started my Gallery On The Go business I hadn’t picked up a paint brush since elementary school. In college I paid a friend a 12-pack to do my final art project. Seriously, anyone can do this business! My first year as a Gallery Guide I did 96 events and I continue to receive referrals and repeat customers. Why? Because this business isn't about the painting, it's about the party!

So I seriously take the worst selfies! This is me and my fellow Gallery Guide Stacie getting ready to do our thing!

We can teach you how to paint. That is the easy part. We can’t teach you to be nice, or caring, or funny, or likeable. But if you have those characteristics, trust me - the painting will be easy!

Seriously, if you can read then you can do this business. We have a Gallery of over 400 artwork selections each with step-by-step instructions that teach you how to break the painting down into simple shapes and instruct it. And if you need additional help you always have the support of the Gallery On The Go team and coaches to help you out!

So what characteristics make a great Gallery Guide? Take this simple test - if you answer yes to one or more of the statements below then you can be a Gallery Guide!

  1. You are active in your community

  2. You genuinely like being around people

  3. You have a servant heart and feel joy in helping others

  4. You are optimistic and positive

  5. You are crafty - you may not be the most creative but you can throw a mean Pinterest party!

  6. You are happy when you make others happy

  7. You are basically Mary Poppins!

  8. You may have tried your hand at a home based business before

  9. You want to work and need to help contribute to your family's income, but it has to be flexible and fun!

  10. You plan to return to the workforce someday and are worried about a gap in your work history.

Still not sure? Download our PRE-LAUNCH ROADMAP which includes tips for how to launch your mobile art entertainment business plus artwork instructions so you can try your hand at painting to see just how easy it really is!
