Over the past couple of months we have been working on our Artsy Manifesto and (drum roll please!) we are excited to share it with you!
What is a manifesto? Here is the definition: a written statement declaring publicly the intentions, motives or views of its issuer. Companies often use a manifesto to share about their brand. For a better explanation, I stole this from the Strikingly Blog:
"A brand manifesto is a statement of your company's motivations, goals, and values. It provides answers to what your brand stands for and why it continues to exist. The "why" questions are at the heart of brand manifestos. As a result, when writing one, you don't have to focus on what you offer (a product or service) or how you make things work. Instead, define what drives your company and how it can impact people's lives."
So here it is.....our Artsy Manifesto!
After 11 years of doing paint parties and helping others creatively make money with their own paint party business, this manifesto perfectly defines what drives our company and how we hope to impact people's lives.
Manifestos can take on all shapes and sizes. We made ours fun and creative because of course we're artsy like that. But it can be as simple as some chicken scratch writing on a piece of paper. What's important is you take time to think about what your business means to you and what you want your business to stand for.
